Konda YouthNet and Family Health is a non-profit under 501 (c)(3), community-centered organization committed to improving the health, advancing health equity, nurturing leadership, and strengthening families across Washington State and beyond. Founded on the belief that every individual, regardless of age, background, color, race, or circumstance-deserves access to compassionate, culturally responsive care. 

We serve as a bridge between undeserved communities and the resources they need to thrive. We specialize in Maternal and child health, Youth development, Men’s health, and Family wellness, offering programs that blend clinical insight with emotional intelligence and cultural pride. Our work is guided by transparency, accountability, and the power of shared purpose. 

At Konda, we don’t just deliver services-we build relationships. We listen deeply, act collaboratively, and lead with heart. Our partnerships with local organizations, health providers, and cultural associations allow us to amplify impact and foster lasting change.

Fundraising and Development Coordinator
Kondwani Doane Magombo is a Certified Educator, leader and seasoned nonprofit strategist with a heart for service. His 10+year career extends across business strategies, organizational development, program management, fundraising, and executive leadership at organizations like iRise Talks Malawi, Ukhondo Project and Logos Institute. His ability to drive strategic initiatives has helped in making a significant impact in the communities he served, guided by a deep commitment to faith and ethical leadership. Kondwani’s passion for improved livelihoods stems from his commitment and experience to create a more just and equitable world. He is a recipient of Community Solutions Program, a prestigious fellowship by the U.S. State Department. Kondwani holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education with honors and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Ethics with Greighton University.

Yamikani Chiphazi
Youth Programs and Communications Director
A passionate youth advocate, Yamikani has 8 years experience of amplifying youth voices in democratic and leadership spaces alongside his active involvement in advocating for young people’s health rights and youth empowerment. He is the past immediate Chairperson at National Youth Network of Malawi under the Ministry of Youth & Sports and the past immediate Advocacy Officer at African Youth and Adolescents Network and Development for Eastern and Southern Africa (AfriYAN-ESA). Yamikani also served as Africa Representative at the Generation Democracy Global Advisory Board of the International Republican Institute (IRI) and Chairperson for Blantyre City Council Youth Network. He is the founder for a youth-led organization, Bright Minds of Today. Yamikani is not only a committed youth leader but also an entrepreneur.

Currently she is focused on integrating technology into healthcare services and governance, driving digital transformation for better community health outcomes. Whether it’s advancing digital health infrastructure, streamlining health data management, or leveraging technology for community health impact. Highly committed to shaping a future where technology empowers care providers and patients/ community members alike. She regularly participates in activities to advance healthcare access for underserved communities, with a strong focus on maternal and child health, caregiver training, and culturally competent healthcare delivery. He worked as a systems analyst consultant ( interconsult LTD co.), Risk Mitigation Officer (Standard Bank), credit collateral
specialist (Standard Bank), An Executive Banker ( Standard bank), Relations Manager, specialized in Politically Exposed Person's (PEPs).

Boniface has Proven expertise in credit risk evaluation, financial forecasting, and investment advisory. A dedicated leader with a keen eye for market trends and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. He is ethical and civic-minded and have a broad range of abilities to effectively guide and motivate individuals towards a common goal.
